WHAT IS A PERSONAL TRAINER?
A certified personal trainer is a fitness professional qualified to design individualized exercise programs. A qualified trainer understands principles of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise. Because of their experience with exercise and positive reinforcement, trainers often make the difference in a successful fitness program.
HOW DO I START?
To begin your program, all you need is the desire to improve your physical condition and well-being.
An effective program can be simple and almost equipment free. Should you and your trainer elect to use equipment, your trainer will help you with its selection and proper use.
Always feel free to ask your trainer any questions related to the program or regarding health issues. They will gladly answer your questions or refer you to someone who can.
